NAT is preparing to launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and be listed on the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI).

"NAT Absolute Technologies Public Company Limited" or NAT is preparing to offer the IPO of not more than 92 million shares to be traded on the mai stock market after being approved by the SEC. This will support the potential growth of the business and increase opportunities to participate in public-private partnership projects.
